MyTrainer vs Hevy
A workout logger you program yourself vs an AI coach that programs for you
Hevy and MyTrainer solve different problems. Hevy is a workout tracker: you plan your own routines, log every set and follow your progress, with a strong social side. MyTrainer writes the program for you, adjusts it through an AI chat coach, and adds nutrition. If you already know how to program your training, Hevy may be all you need.
